Favre is Back, Family Night Scrimmage
hey yard, just got done with out family night intersquad scrimmage, and went really well and i guess you all know brett came in to green bay today, if you saw the nfl network channel. so yea the defense played really well and so we just gotta keep playing like we are. just dropped by to say whats up and whats going on my side.

Since Brett Farve is back, why Aaron Rodgers can't be traded? The skills that he has, he's goona lose them if he doesn't get a chance to play. I would love to make the money he makes standing on the side lines every week, but doesn't it sucks to be a football player that never plays?

cuz aaron is brett successor, yea but now is his shot, and they gotta give it to him, especially being drafted in the 1st round

Farve would be the wise choice. He has more experience than Aaron Rodgers.

Yeah but he is old! Don't you think they need to get some young blood?? There has to be a change eventually! I mean, what are you going to do when he hits 50? Its the NFL not the GFL (Geriatric football league) Why did the Packers sign Rodgers if they never expected to play him? He studied under Favre for a few years now. He deserves to be QB.

LOL, I agree with you. It is time to move on and try some young blood. Thats is why I think that Aaron Rodgers should be traded to another team that will give him the chance to play the game before he loose his skills. I believe that Aaron has been the victim through this soap opera. I wish him the best.

Think about how wild this story will become if they still put Aaron out there as the starter over Brett. Do you think that Brett Farve's legasy will be good after all of this?

Why does any team hire backups?
Not every second/third string gets the chance to play...doesn't have anything to do with "deserves to be QB"
Yeah and they will have to change eventually, but thats for GB to decide.
Favre may be old, but he's still better than a lot of the "young" blood out there.
Whomever GB chooses is fine with me...but realistically Favre is the best/solid choice.

Yea man, I have no idea why Favre retired to come back. If he had made up his mind early on, then he'd be the starter right now. But Hey Aaron Rodgers was gonna get his chance eventually right?
